The Opportunity
Help shape and operationalize the Foundation’s 2027–2032 youth leadership strategy, translating its vision into a coherent portfolio of investments, partnerships, and programs.
This person will refine the strategy, establish investment and grantmaking frameworks, launch the first portfolio of leadership initiatives, build relationships across Guatemala’s leadership ecosystem, and develop mechanisms for continuous learning and adaptation.
We are looking for someone with:

At least eight years of relevant professional experience.

Proven experience translating strategy into programs, decisions, and implementation plans.

Experience designing or leading complex portfolios, initiatives, or organizations.

Relevant experience in leadership development, education, youth development, philanthropy, social innovation, or related fields.

A deep understanding of Guatemala’s social, cultural, and institutional context.

Professional fluency in both Spanish and English.
Location and travel
The role is based in Guatemala under a hybrid working model and requires approximately 25% travel, primarily within the country. Relocation support may be available for candidates moving to Guatemala.
